Finally, a year ago, we started this process with one simple goal: To create an environment where great minds would exchange powerful ideas, strategies, and principles and where even greater possibilities would take root.
We do not take the content of this event or your expectations of what will transpire lightly. That's why we are confident in our guarantee to you and making sure you get what you came for.

The Guided Traveler Experience offers a 100% satisfaction, no-questions-asked guarantee for all attendees. Here's how it works: Come and attend the first 24 hours of The Guided Traveler Experience. If you decide that the training isn't for you (for any reason), just let us know by the end of the first 24 hours, and we'll refund 100% of your registration fee.
No questions asked . . . and no hard feelings.
If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied or you feel that the seminar does not live up to its promises, just turn in your course materials to one of our staff by noon Friday for a prompt and courteous refund of your entire registration fee.
Cancellations and Substitutions
If you are unable to attend, you may send a substitute in your place. Cancellations within 45 days of the program's start will be given a credit for a future course. No-shows are responsible for 100% of the tuition fee.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up to 45 calendar days before the event. Or, you may apply your tuition fee to another event, or you may send another attendee in your place. Substitutions are always welcome. No shows will be responsible for the full registration fee; no refunds or credit will be issued.
The Guided Traveler Experience reserves the right to cancel the seminar if enrollment criteria are not met or when conditions beyond its control prevail. If the seminar is not held, The Guided Traveler Experience will be responsible for refunding the cost of the seminar only.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing either by email, mail or fax.
